Doctor-to-Hotel Service in Vietnam

Stay where you are. The doctor comes to you.

When you feel unwell on holiday or while travelling for work, the last thing you want is to find a taxi, navigate to a hospital and explain symptoms in a language you do not share. VietClinics coordinates doctor-to-hotel visits across Vietnam — to your hotel room, private home or serviced apartment — so a licensed, English-speaking local doctor comes to you, examines you, gives a diagnosis and treatment plan, and arranges any medication or follow-up. You can send an enquiry at any time: our coordination line is open 24 hours a day.

We coordinate with licensed local doctors and clinics, and we ask each provider to confirm their qualifications and licensing. The same doctor who consults you can typically arrange in-hotel IV fluid therapy, wound dressing, and prescription guidance during the same visit, so most travel-related illnesses are resolved without you leaving the room.

We coordinate doctor-to-hotel enquiries across Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. For every location, provider, service and appointment availability is confirmed for each request — we do not promise immediate or guaranteed care.

What we coordinate

Frequently asked

Is doctor-to-hotel really a doctor?

Yes. Visits are conducted by a licensed local doctor — not a nurse or technician. Where you need a nurse-administered service (e.g. IV therapy), a qualified nurse joins the doctor under medical supervision.

Will the doctor speak English?

Yes. English-speaking clinicians are central to the service. Most partner clinicians studied or trained in English, and our coordinators bridge any remaining language gaps.

Where in Vietnam is this available?

We coordinate doctor-to-hotel enquiries across Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. Provider, service and appointment availability is confirmed for each request — we do not promise immediate or guaranteed care.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the city, the time of day and the services delivered. A firm USD quote is sent before any visit is confirmed — there is no charge to enquire or receive a quote.

Is it available at night or on weekends?

You can send an enquiry at any hour — our coordination line is open 24 hours a day. Whether a doctor can visit at a specific time depends on your city and provider availability that night or weekend; we confirm the soonest realistic slot in your written quote. We do not promise 24/7 in-person visits, and an English-speaking online consultation is often the fastest option after clinic hours.

Can you help with insurance?

We can help request itemised invoices, receipts and relevant clinic records for your insurer. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your policy and insurer and are not guaranteed. We do not bill insurers directly.

What if I need a hospital instead?

If the doctor determines you need hospital-level care, we coordinate the referral and transfer, and stay on the line throughout. For life-threatening emergencies, dial 115 directly — VietClinics is a non-emergency coordination service.
